Terms & Conditions — duet8 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context otherwise requires:

To register an Account and use the duet8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. duet8 operates a strict adults-only policy; players under 21 are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access and use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion, sanctions, or prohibited-persons register.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through duet8 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.

duet8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

3.1 One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the duet8 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and primary contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. duet8 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from information that is outdated or incorrect as a result of your failure to update your Account profile.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. duet8 will treat any action performed using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify duet8 support without delay and change your password immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting duet8 customer support. All pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before the Account is formally closed. Account closure does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

3.5 Account Suspension or Closure by duet8

duet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is suspected; (c) a Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 2; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (e) a Player has filed a chargeback or payment dispute that duet8 considers to be made in bad faith.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

duet8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual payment methods may change from time to time; current options are always displayed in the Platform cashier.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. As a general reference, e-wallet deposits (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) carry a minimum of Rp 20.000 per transaction. Bank transfer minimums may differ. Maximum transaction limits applicable to your Account tier are displayed in the cashier and may be adjusted following satisfactory KYC completion.

4.3 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits are processed in real time and credited to your Account Balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 30 minutes; withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours. duet8 does not guarantee processing times during Indonesian public holidays or during scheduled maintenance windows.

4.4 Player-Owned Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your duet8 Account must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity details held on your Account. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party are not permitted and will be reversed. duet8 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or that has been verified through the KYC process as belonging to the Account holder.

4.5 Pending Withdrawals

duet8 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Such checks may delay processing by up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances. You will be notified by the support team if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player while they remain in a "pending" status, at which point the funds are returned to the Account Balance immediately.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by duet8 are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion; any uncompleted wagering and associated bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10–20%; sportsbook bets contribute at a rate specified in each promotion's individual terms. Specific contribution rates for each promotion are always stated alongside the offer.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

duet8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close Accounts, where it determines — in its sole discretion — that a Player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotion. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim a single-entry promotion; hedging bets across different outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; and using automated software to place bets while completing bonus wagering.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Repeat claims using different Accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse under Clause 5.4 and will result in Account closure.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the duet8 Platform — including slots from Game Providers such as Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or genuine physical dealing equipment. Game outcomes are not controlled or influenced by duet8. Each Game Provider's RNG certification and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages apply to their respective titles.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, duet8 and its Game Providers reserve the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Balance. duet8 accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, those displayed winnings are void and no payment obligation arises.

6.3 Sportsbook Betting

Sports betting markets — including coverage of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and e-sports such as Mobile Legends MPL — are offered subject to individual market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player. Settled bets are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of clear system error.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game interface or sportsbook market at the time of wagering. duet8 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the duet8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings or bonus funds obtained through the disputed payment.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or Platform systems rather than reporting them to duet8 support.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing duet8 support staff or other users.

duet8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a playing session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

All content on the duet8 Platform — including but not limited to the duet8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of duet8 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of duet8 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of duet8 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, duet8 shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension or closure due to a breach by you.

duet8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits duet8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

duet8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, conducting identity verification, preventing fraud, and fulfilling any applicable legal obligations. duet8 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

duet8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, duet8 will notify registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform and, where applicable, via the email address registered to the Player's Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the event of any dispute between you and duet8, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. duet8 is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Nothing in this Clause prevents duet8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm or to protect duet8's intellectual property rights.
